JOB DESCRIPTION:
| 1. System Development - Developing new system for LCISB team - Enhance the system by creating submodules or additional features. - Understand stakeholder requirements for system development. |
| 2. System Maintenance And Support (Utilities) - Fix any bugs or any issue that arises in the system reported by the front end user. - Ensure data and system backup properly manage - Ensure all important system documentation well written and maintained - Provide user manuals (Technical side) |
| 3. Database Administrator - Design and implement database in accordance to end users information needs and views - Reviewing and managing database security, integrity and backup procedures. - Configuring servers and databases connectivity - Process data into meaningful manner from multiple resources |
REQUIREMENT:
- Have experience in web development using PHP, JavaScript / React.js, MySQL, HTML and CSS.
- Possess knowledge of MySQL database.
- Familiar with Laravel PHP Framework
- Communicable person and ask for help if in doubt.
- Constant communication with colleagues.
- Have at least 1-2 year of experience in support system
- Associates degree in related fields and preferably a bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology.
- Able to face and resolve crisis and pressure from the user side.
- Ability to work responsibly with minimal supervision
- A team player with excellent communication skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
- Great attention to detail and time-management skills
